CCWR is pleased to announce a call for its 2009 Catherine Hurlbutt Grant and its Matching Grant. The Catherine Hurlbutt Grant is for rehabilitation of birds and the Matching Grant, for rehabilitation of mammals, reptiles or amphibians. Every year, grants from each category are given up to $500. Grants are available to CCWR members (individuals or organizations) only. A grant committee consisting of CCWR members will award the grants based on need, merit of request, and ability of person/organization to conduct the project. Members interested in applying for these grants should send a completed application and supporting information to:

Deadline for receipt of completed applications is January 23rd 2009.
